Saturday, February 6, 2016 - Very nice Margaux with good balance and black berry flavours. Just starting to move into it's next phase as a little earthiness creeping in on the smokey nose. Would recommend consuming now as in an appealing mature stage. Decanted for an hour and forcefully aerated before partnering well with roast duck.
