Wednesday, January 23, 2013 - Had over dinner at Cut. Quite a subtle nose of minerality, red berries and tobacco. A bit more of an eclectic mix of minerals, stone, ash, ripe strawberries, coca cola and hints of plums. Medium+ body with a medium finish. Needs a bit more time i think but should turn out nicely
