Wednesday, May 27, 2015 - Medium body. Pineapple lemon nose. Pineapple, lemon, touch of butterscotch and salt flavors. Very slight oxidization, but not off putting. Still acidic, but ready to drink. Not sure there is much more aging potential as the fruit is very restrained.
