Saturday, September 19, 2015 - As my previous impressions. Colour is deepening a little. The palate is buttery with sweet tropical and citrus fruit and with delicate ginger spice (with a touch of cumin?) at the end. Subtle lime flavours developed later. After a couple of hours, it opened beautifully and there was orange citrus character. Very long. Good with food.
Lovely wine that has repaid keeping for 6 years. Wish I had more. Time to move on to the 2010....
