Sunday, December 2, 2012 - Very very nice. Opened a split....Rather inky dark color. Didn't decant. Drank over about 2 hours and it was terrific. Just bursting with dark fruit & a tiny bit of pepper. Drinking syrah like this make me think that this grape is in contention with pinot noir and cabernet sav. It was lush, big, balanced, fruit forward without being jammy....Really glad I have several more bottles of this vintage. From TH....they did this right!
