Friday, April 10, 2009 - Some development. Like a dry vintage port on the light side. Raisins and tobacco, long and full with some complexity. Although I am sure this is technically dry it has a definite sweet taste. Tried to reindeer beef, but the wine was a bit too hefty even for such strong tasting game.
