Medium gold colour with a lightish nose and a good mix of sweetness and spice in the mouth. It lacked the acidity attack of a great wine and I would have preferred more complexity in the spice. It was a bit short but on the day for the meal we were having it was really quite acceptable. I would not wait any longer.
