Wednesday, January 4, 2012 - I served this in my wine course. By far the best of the Trimbachs for the evening. Spicy nose, full weight on the mid palate with lots of apricot, pear and spice. Long finish. A bit of residual sugar, but doesn’t come across as sweet at this age. Outstanding.
