Friday, October 21, 2016 - This bottle has some age on it as evinced by the deep gold color and the quickly dissipating mousse. Toasty brioche and dried apples on the nose, echoed on the rich palate. Tiny bubbles enhance the still firm acidity making this an excellent companion to… pork ribs! Happy Champagne Day, all!
