Wednesday, January 14, 2015 - 2012 Bouchard dinner with Panos – Mostly Bouchards (Ripple Restaurant in DC): Very ripe black fruits, blackberry, black cherry, a hint of baked fruits, dark spices and earth. Very good concentration, noticeable but not obtrusive tannins and medium finish. If you don’t care for the 09 ripeness, stay away.
