Monday, January 12, 2015 - Cool citrus fruit aromas accompanied by spice, marzipan and just a touch of sulphur. This has a very clean, pure nose that is just lovely. The palate is lively for an 09, almost austere and tight, atypical for the vintage. Bitter lemon flavors with surprising acidity are also evident.
