Tuesday, June 30, 2015 - Big Time Barolo and Barbaresco Fest et al (Il Foro, Mpls, MN): Pale gold color. Drank 1 glass over an hour. This was quite good, showing some diverse fruit on the nose with pear, citrus, and apple along with a nice yeastiness. The palate had a fresh and well delineated core of red apple, bright, yeasty, with good minerality and a clean finish. Very good.
