Garnet in color (with visible sediment in the bottle noticed as pouring into decanter). On the nose raspberry aromas remain focused, with black pepper and chili pepper notes that are consistent with previous tasting notes. The palate still has nice acidity, with spicy flavors of fresh raspberries, currant and cherry. Woody undertones are present and pleasant. The finish is short but enjoyable
Day bright ruby red, With high viscosity, legs are thick and slow... on the nose raspberry and plum play with briar and chili pepper notes. once in the mouth flavors of currant and raspberry, upfront with spice and a hint of licorice in the middle, the wine finishes with wood, rustic tannins and a touch of heat.
