Note: I use a scale on which 85 represents a very good wine.
Decent Chablis, not oxidized, but in pretty good shape -- whatever funk there was blew off pretty quickly. A little on the richer side, which is fine withe me. Time to drink up.

Delicious, fairly small-scale 1er Cru Chablis that is in a terrific place to drink right now. No need for decanting or indeed patience of any kind upon popping the bottle - ours was perfumed and inviting from the moment the cork came out. What I especially like about the wine at this time is that while it's still well-fruited with flavors on the yellow citrus end of the spectrum, the secondary character of salt-breeze minerality and chalk have become more, rather than less, prominent over time and are now the main flavor components of the wine. At the same time I got none of the oxidative notes that another taster mentioned below. This may be a wine of modest dimensions but it's delicious, even gulpable at this point.

Nice wine. Apple sauce, pear on the nose. More of the same hits the palate, but a with a core of macadamia nut, and some mineral. Really good balance between these flavor profiles, with little oak, good structure and finish is also quite nice - with some lemon/citrus flavors. Not necessarily my favorite style of chardonnay, but I enjoyed this one.

I like this better than the last bottle I had (18 months ago). There was more to this structure-wise than at that point. Still, I agree with some of the other notes...this seemed like it was just slightly oxidated or something. Good, but drink up.

Similar to my notes from a year ago, this has aromas of apples and minerals. The palate has notes of apple, pear, minerals and lemon. Still nice acidity/minerality, but also showing a slight oxidative note. It did improve with a few minutes of air, but I would drink it sooner rather than later.

Very balanced wine. Crisp and clean flavors of lemon, lime, and a little apple. Wonderful depth of flavors without being heavy on the palate. Dusty minerality on the long finish. Very food friendly.

A nose of citrus and spice, light yellow straw in color. A medium bodied dry white wine, with apple, pear, honey, and a chalky spice finish, good acidity.

The nose opened a bit shy with notes of smoke and oak along with a chalky freshness. As it warmed up and got some air it opened up a little more, but the nose was still pretty reserved. The palate is medium bodied, with good richness on the mid palate and flavors of oak, citrus, a slightly tropical note (think pineapple flavors but without any of the sweetness), a slightly bitter/pithy note and a nice finishing hit of acidity to keep it fresh. This wine was a great deal for $20 - great vintage, single vineyard 1er Cru and a tasty Chablis. It has just a bit more oak and a little less minerality than I'd like/expect from a truly classic Chablis, but it's very tasty nonetheless....and for the price, it's hard to complain. I wish I had bought more because it should continue to be drink well over the next 3+ years.

Opened a bit soft, but with a touch of air time this came alive with good citrus and mineral verve, and a gentle hint of oak and malo to keep it from being a one trick pony. Complete and tasty.

Nice apple/pear/mineral aromas. The flavors match- intense minerality backed up by yellow/green apple and Bosc/d'Anjou pear. Medium-bodied with moderate acidity and a lengthy lemon/ mineral finish.

Nose: Very focused, with aromas of underripe orchard fruit (green apple and pear) and a bright lemon citrus lift. There's also a subtle touch of oak and the mineral foundation you expect in a good Chablis, with undertones of crushed rock and saline. With air, the nose develops some lovely delicate floral notes, and the fruit becomes richer, more like kiwi and pineapple.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied but firm for a white.
Palate: Rounder at first than you expect from the nose, with ripe flavors of apple, pear, and peach. But then nice, bright acidity to keep it lively, and here again it is intensely focused. The mineral/saline notes follow through on the palate and combine with the acid to make this a very mouthwatering wine. It also has a bit of apple-skin texture that accentuates the firm structure. The finish is of medium length and quite dry, with flavors of green apple and wet stone.
A rigorous and rather demanding white wine. Very dry and very mineral, with great structure. But it does have good pure fruit and great balance, and I'm sure it will improve for several years. There is a lot of quality here.

The aromatics signify both depth and freshness with sweet lemon, cucumber, sea spray, and lemongrass. The initial palate evokes ripe green apple and hints of honeycomb framed by a tropical edge. The mid-palate transitions with honeydew melon to a distinct saline minerality, itself underlying flavors of pretzel and vivid lemon. The finish is medium to long and filled persistent sea spray and interesting fresh sage. The transitions are effortless and elegant, lending structure and continuity to the palate progression. The medium body belies the powerful flavors, themselves bolstered by fresh acidity and a sufficient mineral spine. R&M 90

Light golden color. Nose and palate of pear, green apple, lemon, and river rock. Medium bodied and dry, with medium acidity, light minerality, and an alright finish. Good with seafood. A bit more complexity and acidity could help this, but we liked it overall.

This wine isn't about fruit although grapefruit, starfruit and lemon are definitely there. Mimerality, great mouthfeel and razor sharp acidity (in a good way) comes to mind as the wine flows slowly over the middle of your tong. Great with oysters or other seafood. Drink now or store for a few years

Bright golden color that just shimmers in the glass. Nose was lemon, fresh water over rocks, and a hint of a baking spice. Mouthfeel was feather light but not hollow, adding green apple to the lemon. Bone dry with a dark something on the good finish. All it should be and more.
