  • Opened this during lunch in Fujiaya Hotel in Hakone Japan the day after my engagement. The nose had a lot of citrus fruit, lemon, stone fruit, minerals and honeysuckle. The palate had a lot of minerals and stone fruit. The wine still had very high acidity. An impressive bourgogne but it doesnt have enough depth. Still very lovely with at least 5 years ahead in its drinking window.
