Had this as an aperitif. Could not guess what this was. Very good depth and a little bit fat/dense, all in all a really pleasant feeling of texture in the mouth. New oak probably very important in this wine's deep colour and palate as well. Some minerality present. A surprising aperitif, and a good one. Must explore white Bordeaux's in the future.
