Beautiful color and clarity, light on the nose but nicely balanced with raspberry, Oregon earth, enough tannin and pinot noir delicousness......This is not a heavy, but a delicate pinot that shines more in the middle and finish.....A very Oregon pinot, which is what one wants when purchasing a wine like this....well done and quite nice..........

Shared this with Father's Day smoked baby back ribs. A restrained style Pinot that was pretty but shy on the nose. Light red fruit character but seemed to have a tinge more greenness character than really worked. I would have liked to follow this over time in glass, but it didn't last long enough for that with four drinkers. It suggested more than it really was delivering, but I didn't get to find out. As it was, it was okay but disappointing. Not scoring, but this experience was 87-88.

This medium-ruby colored wine starts off with light herbal and earth tones, backed by subtle red fruit. The palate is finely structured, well balanced, and displays juicy red fruit in an elegant package with a silky mouthfeel. Easy to drink, and not at all tiring. Really nice!

Bold for pinot. Not overly complex in the nose but exhibiting classic cherry notes... also a hint of watermelon rind and brineyness. On the palate it is mouth filling and crunchy with acidity. Good present cherry and balanced barrel work... but a little monodimensional in its flavor profile. I have liked this wine in the past and like it still, but think the 08 was better.

An excellent expression of Oregon wine. Bright, nuances, medium bodied can with a great finish. Drink now.

Has a delightful earthy juiciness. Slightly funky, but very balanced.

Nose of black fruit, a little rasin, spice, and a little greeness.
Palate of black cherry, blackberry, clove, nutmeg, pencil.
Lots of fruit and spice.
No score.
