With Sirloin steak. Opened 8hrs before drinking and small measure poured. A year since last tasting this wine, and it's really helped. Similar crowd-pleasing profile as before, but even more integrated. Up-front fruitiness has backed off a little to be replaced by a little incipient complexity. Surprisingly delicious!

1 small measure removed, bottle re-corked & left at cellar temperature for 24hrs. After 24hrs: Young fruit-driven nose. 24hrs has really helped the palate - integrated, round, not too much heat. Striaghtforward crowd pleaser.
