  • Light, ruby color. The nose is a blend of cherry, minerals, earth, and a hint of rose. On the palate, there is tart cherry and wild strawberry with a minerally spine. Structurally, there is high acidity and a solid mid-palate with little tannins. The finish is adequate with tart fruit and an acidic zing. Overall, this has an earthy profile with high acidity and tart, red fruit. The beef bourgogne cut the acidity and brought forth the fruit.
