Drank from a 375. Medium bodied, straw colored. Spicy pear and some crisp grapefruit. Average finish. Paired well with a Cobb Salad.
Crisp and pleasant.
Golden straw. Aromatic nose of mixed citrus, green apples, pears, pineapple, and a hint of must. Long, lively, and crisp, this builds in the mouth, with a velvety texture and zingy acidity that counters the off-dry, honeyed finish. Delicious.
Clean and crisp.
Paired with grilled fish and oysters, nice match.
Nice deck wine, fresh and crisp.
4th Saturday Group brown bagger (Our house): Subtle melon overtones with mineral and citrus notes as well. Better balance than the first wine; melon and mineral qualities follow through on the palate.
Tasting of Pinot Grigio of the World - Vinitaly 2011Eye: light color. Nose: citrus, leaves. Palate: flinty, residual sweetness, rounded, good finish.Favorite of the tasting.
Fresh, crisp, clean, with citrus and pear, went well with chicken salad.
Ripe pear and white peach with some lemony citrus and nice acidity. Enjoyed this more than I did previously - seemed fresher and more crisp.
Off dry, melon, citrus and cucumber. Moderate tartness and mineral/stony, light fruit. Pleasant, smooth drinking with slight mineral finish.
Served 2 bottle at a party, did not taste.
tasty as always
More acid, still easy. Delicious. $18
Peach, apple, melon. Slightly sweet, crisp palate. Lacking a bit of acidity.
