Doug & Krista over for dinner--Korean BBQ: Nice buttery, oaky & nutty aromas; good amt of acid; very smooth and soft in mouth.
Wine House: Nutty light vanilla, crusty bisquit (“toasty oak”); soft in body, little acids, is it flabby? or rich cheese neutralizing acids!?
