Fabulous color. An iridescent amber/gold. Not showing a lot, if any, oak. Not particularly buttery either, but still a very nice flavor profile (hints of lemon) with just the right amount of acidity. On the lighter side of things. Better on the first day, after a bit of decanting, than the second (VacuVined).

May be past its prime but still decent, and a steal @ $5 from a close-out bin. Modest butter, seems more stainless treatment than oak. Clean and pure. Would drink up any remaining bottles

Creamy, buttery, some oak and bright, golden fruit; a bit better than the other bottle I had and much more appreciated by the crowd tonight. That said, it is still a lighter style and not especially complex.

A really nice pale gold with a bouquet of cream and a little butter, banana and sweet fruits. It is medium bodied and also has nice slow legs. The forward palate is a little hot with more cream and butterscotch coming through. I have to agree with an earlier note about the extra time possibly moderating the heat. It is fairly well balanced and has a nice medium finish that ends with a little oak. If it was not for the heat, I would score it higher.

This is clearly a well made wine but currently shows excess oak that may integrate better with additional time. I get a lot of not-unpleasant butterscotch on the nose and mid-palate but the finish has a harsh wood flavor. 87 today, 89+ if the oak subsides/integrates better.

Pale gold. Creamy tropical fruits on the nose -- crisp bananas, limes, and sweet fruits stand out. Cream on the nose as well, moreso than butter or oak. A tad bit of spicy heat, too. On the palate, bananas again; the creaminess hews toward toasted butter. Also picked up some crisp, perhaps underripe tropical fruits and kiwi. Oakiness moderates the meager acid. The only negative is the extra heat. Not sure if this would benefit from extra time on the rack or if there's just too much alcohol. Bold -- tons of interesting stuff going on.

Creamy texture, expressive fruit and not overly oaky. Definitely time to drink up.

I'm not wild about this one, a little too buttery and oaky, without enough fruit and acidity to handle it.

Nice round Chard with enough acid to balance the tropical fruit cream & oak. Plays well with food.

Lovely scents of citrus and floral. Full bodied with slight oak with acidic overtones. Alcohol of 14% is not noticiible.

pear and flowers with a hint of citrus. Bright acidity with wet stones on the finish. Very nice.

Pure chard fruit, no malo, and oak that isn't overpowering but at the same time isn't shy - this is my style of Napa Chard. Good QPR.
