Drank over two nights. Night one: Let breath for an hour. Nice fruit on the nose and palette with a tart fruit finish. Smooth medium body and nicely balanced. Night two: Slightly more balanced with softer finish. Didn't change much so I think I drank it at a good time. Good value.

Upon opening wife described it as smelling like walking into Grandma's house. Blew off after 30 minutes but still a little disheartening. Second day much better so would plan on a little time decanted to get the best out of it. Still a nice value QPR

Medium red. Very floral aromas. Medium weight. Tart red fruit and licorice. No real elegance or length, but good, strapping village Savigny. First experience with this new Nicolas Potel enterprise.

Tart and acidic on the pop, but there is some nice raspberry, and black cherry flavors in the background. Took about 2-3 hours to really start to settle down, but it was very enjoyable once it did. For $20, these probably won't see the 5-7 years they need to really come together, but very nice, none the less.

Solid burgundy, dark cherry fruit, somewhat typical for 2009.

For $20, this is a fantastic value. Chalky red fruits on the palate give way to a smooth finish. Shows best with about an hour of air.
