Coastal pinot noir in its prime. Deep cranberry, kirsch, and dark cherry, with a generous, racy acidity. Medium-light body, spicy, rustic tannins, and a touch of wood. Showing secondary flavors and a distinctive, generous acidity.

No notes of menthol as previously mentioned by others. A little more flabby than I would have expected. Still holding up ok though. Would disagree with CellarTracker drinking window.

Purple/crimson. Salt air and raspberries with lavender and tarragon nose. Begins with tarragon and strawberries. Follows with green tea and some cedar notes. Very nice, drinking well, but not as complex as some other CMRs. Long finish. Should stay at this level for awhile.

Decanted and poured. Pretty light-to-medium red in color. Closed upon opening, but like their Sea View Ridge, quickly opened and kept tasting better and better with more time. Cherries on the nose and palate - good acid and a wonderful mouthfeel. Fantastic medium-to-long finish, that like their SVR, leaves you wanting another sip. Delicious wine.

Light-bodied coastal pinot noir, drinking in its prime. Soft, resolved palette of dark cherry and cranberry.

Largely consistent with the last bottle, but the menthol that Jarndyce mentioned was more prominent this time.

Menthol nose. flat coca-cola palate. Decent acidity and pretty long finish. Not my cup of tea.

Solid showing by CMR. Still very youthful. Balanced. What you expect from Flowers.
