Earthy spiced blackberries and tobacco aromas. Plenty of "green" wood on the palate with earth, smoke, bright acids and sharp berries. Tea drying tannins and grip. This needs air or more time for optimum drinking. Give it another 1-2 years.

On the nose initially there was a lot of heat then dry popcorn, blueberry, cranberry & red cherry ~ The palate is medium bodied with bright acidity & supple tannins with flavors of strawberry, coffee, black cherry & cassis ~ An everyday sipper that needs a bit of time out of the bottle

- Purple color and aromas of raspberry. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of raspberry and blackberry with a medium body. Bright texture with a medium finish.

Tasted during wawinereport virtual tasting. Nose had dark fruit. After putting through a vinturi got more depth in fruit, slight pepper finish with a little tartness to it. Overall enjoyable wine, but needs about an hour (and vinturi).

Drank during WA Wine Report Virtual Tasting. Popped and let aerate in bottle for 45 minutes. Nice caramel and herb on the nose. Palate is medium without a whole lot of fruit, but smooth drinking. Finish is drying but tannins not too obtrusive. Nice table wine but rather generic, Nose best part of the wine.

K&L Washington Tasting (San Francisco): Nose is subtle but fruity; big wine, structured tannins, could use a few years but may not have the fruit to last. 86-87

Plain bouquet, too alcoholic and short to medium finish.

Aired for 2 hours. Ok wine and enjoyable for a Wednesday night--be sure to give it some time to breath. Not a pop and pour.

Agree with YakYakWine. Medium bodied table wine. Good, but not memorable.

Good everyday red blend. A little hot on the nose, and a bit lacking in complexity.
