Lurid violet colour. Intense mentholated violet and strawberry nose with similar and smooth entry, with lots of cracked pepper, transitioning into good lemon squirt minerally lift. Still somewhat primal. Will show its best in a year and last for at least 4 more. BC's best Gamay

On the first sip we thought this was a pinot noir. Aromas of plum, blackberry, spice and barn yard. Plum, spice, blackberry on a long finish. Very gentle tannins. A very version of Gamay.

Enticing nose of raspberry and cherry and baking spice.Great. The mouth doesn't live up to the nose, but it is still quite good. This is a finesseful wine, elegant with it's upfront red fruit followed by a dash of nutmeg. What is there is rather intense, sadly there needs to be a bit more complexity to round out this wine. The lively acidity is slightly more pronounced on the finish, which is also a little bitter. Med finish. Pretty good gamay. We poured and drank this wine, and I find (an hour later as I write my notes) that air didn't do this wine many favors. Pop and pour. Given the vibrant fruit and acidity, this wine should hold another few years easily.

Still fresh and fruity. Very smooth. Paired well with turkey but could drink this wine by itself.

Clear dark red. Pure red fruit, raspberry and spice. Raspberry flavours and a bit of tannin and great acid.
Not the most complicated nose but pure pleasure.

Mid light red. Lots of cherry and orange fruit with some spice and even a little white pepper. Delicious red fruit flavours and a refreshing finish.

Light red. Lots of nice raspberry and cherry on the nose. Very nice raspberry flavours. A good bit of acid to finish off this neat little package.
I like this a lot.
