Handley continues to produce some of the best pinots in Anderson valley. I drank at first and it i was a bite tart but decanted for 30 minutes and it made a great differences. The nose really opened up to spicy floral notes and tastes of bing cherry and smokey finish. Great value for the price point

- Ruby color with medium forming legs and aromas of cherry, raspberry, rose and alcohol. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of cherry, black pepper and alcohol with a light/medium body. Satin-Like texture with a medium finish - Surprisingly hot when popped and poured.

Medium dark. Better balance, with less overt sweetness, than we remembered or expected. Nothing special, but nice.

This worked well as a sipping wine and with a country chicken-pasta dish.
