We enjoyed the fruity full-bodied flavour. The lovely colour and smooth finish went very well with the roast at dinnertime. Letting it breathe really enhanced that initial flavour while maintaining the finish. Lots of aromas.

- Crimsom color with medium forming legs with a light/medium body. Satin-Like texture with a medium finish - Not as full as many zins, light and pleasant, very drinkable. Went well with a nicely seasoned rib eye and mushrooms...a very nice red meat wine. Also went well with a Jarlesburg snack, and solo...a versatile everyday wine at bargain price if you shop.

The flavors were a bit bland for my tastes - possibly because we had salmon for dinner. I suspect this would've been better paired with a red meat or hearty soup.
In the glass, I'm smelling what seems to be a blend of less sweet berries, perhaps raspberry. Upon swirling, it has medium legs.
With a clean pallet, there are near-floral berry notes, a very slight tannin, and a slightly spicy short finish, with a light/medium silky mouth-feel.

Drunk with home made pizza and the match was perfect! Clear colour. The nose shows very little, but on the palate it comes out a treat! Very good-balanced wine with an instant likeability to it. A lot of blackcurrant gives me a hint of Cabernet-feeling. But better than the usual cheap cabernets. Better balance and better feeling on the palate. A sweet hint at the end. Gorgeous!

I did not want to take any chances tonight, so this is what I opened. This wine always satisfies and always overachieves. I love the house style of fruity without being jammy, structured, but ready to drink on release, and big while still maintaining it's elegance. There is no doubt this is a Zin, but made more in the Napa style, like a Cabernet. Popped and poured into the decanter, I got alcohol and wood, which I attribute to the basic youth of this wine. It has that deeply extracted Zin color. Gotta love roasted red raspberry fruit. Even tastes a little like mulberry. I suspect the acid is a little manipulated, but it works. Leaves a sugared red raspberry on the finish.

some obvious fruit on the nose, the palate comes with a full body, cranberry, cherry candy, raspberry and blueberry flavors, very fruit-forward, and very approachable in that sense, always consistent value, fruity but not overbearing, nice with a roast chicken on a weeknight

First taste, very high acidity but finish is long and richer. Decantering for a couple of hours.

Surprizingly good for the price. Rich fruit forward flavor, dark ruby color, smooth, does not have the Zin pepper finish, more like a very nice Syrah.
