Was a bit concerned on initial opening that this was past it. Ok on day one but a bit flat. Saved most of it for day two and much better with crisp acidity coming through.

This is lovely - crisp, refreshing and super balanced. It doesn’t have great depth or density, but it’s a village. Loses some of its stuffing on day 2.

I had forgotten that I had this last year around the same time. Wow. What an amazing wine! Precise and powerful. A bit of reduction on the nose with lemo, white orchard fruit, honey and stone. Crazy good value at $33

This bottle really blew me away. Much much better than when I last enjoyed 5 years prior in 2014. Absolutely beautiful chardonnay. Very light on its feet but still with great presence. Lemon and white orchard fruit with some honey and minerals. Just beautiful stuff and a wonderful value at $33

My last bottle, unfortunately, but this is still a baby. Took a couple hours to come around to a full expression but it was delicious all the way through. Really really pure, with a touch of classy oak, a good deal of natural density at the core, and a long finish. Like distilled limestone. Super fine. Beautiful wine, and I would not be surprised if it had another 5-10 years in it with a cool cellar. This bottling deserves to be more well-known than it is, but I hope for my sake that doesn't happen too soon.

This was interesting. Light color, soft aromatics. Very lemony - mineraly flavor - would not have pegged as chardonnay or white burg. Enjoyable, but I was expecting a little more based on the vintage and a friend's recommendation.

The look is clear medium lemon. A clean, light-medium nose but very restrained, maybe a bit citrusy, a touch of white flowers. On the palate: wow! Lemon, butter, honey, medium-plus acidity, lots of salty minerality. Medium-full bodied, caressing mouthfeel, long finish.
A classy, delicious wine in which every element is just right.

Always my favorite white burg value, this is of equal quality to the 09 I think, but as expected it's a little more tense and less open. Still super delicous now, but not quite as voluptuous (not that this wine is ever exactly voluptuous). Incredibly classy and long for its level. All lemons, rocks, seashell, honey, minerals. Just gorgeous.

Light lemon in color. Aromatics are somewhat quiet but give off a little white orchard fruit. Very classy in the mouth with very crisp acidity, green fruit and minerals. The wine is very persistent on the palate. The wine clearly speaks of its place as well as its vintage. Domaine Rollin has done so well in 2010.

Lemon colour, not too pale. Sour apple, green plum and gooseberry flavours. Minerally with a clean and mouth watering texture. Not complex but very drinkable and great value.

Lovely wine. Initially a bit sharp but breathed into a perfect accompaniment to Tapas based around Squid, Chirizo, Goats Cheese & Honey etc. Enjoy!!

Fresh enjoyable chardonnay, not the classic style, yet. Wine will mellow in time, but should be drank young imo.
