The nose and palate were just so so tainted by either TCA or more likely another spoilage (as it didn't get any worse with air). Under that lurked a glorious sweet and pure wine, still a little grip, still some fruit and spice notes. Long finish too - what a shame!

Ethereal. Was expecting an oxidized curiosity, but instead got pure essence of Nebbiolo. Pale, vintage port colour, delicate raspberries on the nose and a finish that lasted forever. Memorable
