Got a bottle of this when we attended the 2010 Carnival du Vin in New Orleans. Bob Cabral was the honorary Bacchus for the event and he poured this cuvee at the silent auction. Enjoyed with chicken schnitzel and traditional Austrian potatoe salad. Medium bodied red with wonderful nose of strawberries and nice rhubarb tartness. After an hour in the glass started to pick up some anise. A lovely quaffable wine with a fun back story.
