Golden straw color, nose of sweet honeysuckle. In the mouth is smooth tannins and restrained sweetness. Flavors of lemon peel, tangerine, and wet stone emerge. Finish is firm and crisp with a hint of sweet that is quite lingering. This could age a bit more and still be quite crisp.

- Yellow color with medium forming legs and aromas of lemon. It's balanced and has flavours of acetic acid with a medium body. Bright texture with a medium finish.

Popped and poured one night, then finished two nights later. Very crisp and fresh citrus taste. Combo of some grapefruit and granny smith apple, which makes it be pretty tart. Very nice for a warm summer day.

One of my favorite whites in Oregon. Elk Cove's Pinot Blanc never disappoints. It has lovely fruit and is a crisp summer sipper. While Elk Cove's Pinot Gris is well known, the Pinot Blanc is definitely for those who enjoy veering from the crowd. You can find it at most Fred Meyer stores in Portland as well as other wine shops around town. Great value for the price point. Try it. Bet you won't go back to Pinot Gris.

Neat nose, some pineapple and green apple aromas. The palate pops with bright acids, fresh apples, pineapple, with some lemon peel in the finish. Great texture. Very well done and delicious. I don't know why their Pinot Gris gets all of the love when this and their Riesling are quite a bit better IMO.

Popped and poured with grilled chicken. Qutie a tart green apple aroma and taste, but doesn't go overboard. Some nice mineral taste and aroma that gives some good balance. Good value here.
