World Wine Symposium 2013 - Kevin and Kelly's excellent adventure; 11/6/2013-11/14/2013 (Villa D’este, Lake Como): This is a big serious wine. Although quite ripe, it remains fresh. Black fruits, licorice, earth, allspices and mineral. Exceptional concentration, silky palate and noticeable but not obtrusive tannins. Lovely wine that will require at least five more years of cellaring.

Fantastic, needs a year or two more but this is a very classy wine. Great depth and balance.
This is a big wine, with loads of perfume and quite a bit of oak. A powerful wine, but not very enjoyable at the moment. Im sure it wil impvove with time, but it's hard to tell what this will become. Not my style.
Il Caberlot vertical – during WWS 2012 (Villa D’este, Lake Como): Ripe yet cool cab franc nose, crèmes de cassis, exotic incense, limestone and earth. Unctuous, sweet palate and noticeable but nicely integrated tannins. Linear, precise and cool.
