Clearly past its prime but Owe how I love aged wine. Flavors unlike anything int he food world. Starts with a bitter cherry and quickly introduces burnt cedar, underbrush, mushroom and moldy Parmessian cheese. Despite my score I really found this unique and some enjoyment in it.
