Light golden. Floral and a bit viscous. Decent balance, but as noted below, it could use a touch more acid. Still, quite enjoyable over three nights, and gaining a bit in complexity over that time. Our last bottle, darn.

Simpler Pinot Gris in style. Nose of honeysuckle, Asian pear. Simple on the palate with good acidity. Short finish. Better with light fare than on its own.

Good everyday drinking white that is balanced and crisp. A bit fruity and simple, showing mostly pear and grapefruit flavors and moderate length. Could use more depth.

We like Pinot Gris. This one is not outstanding, but very pleasant. Navarro's wines are reliably good and this is not exception.

Some RS in this wine; needs more acid to be in balance, but it's enjoyable

Good, but we're not sure we'd get it again. Remember medium body, citrus, but not much else. We think the food may have overpowered it.

Somewhat dull and flabby. Where's the acid?

Tasting in Anderson Valley; Goldeneye, Navarro, Toulose, Phillips Hill, and Zina Hyde Cunningham (Anderson Valley, CA): Pale straw yellow color with stonefruit, and hint of honey aromas. On the palate, it's medium-bodied fresh, and lively with apricot, and citrus flavor. Medium finish. 13.7% abv
