Very good energy, nose with that tell-tale whiff of reduction and sweet oak, good mineral cut on the palate. Guessed this blind as PYCM Chassagne Cailleret 09.

Sadly this 2011 PYCM Chassagne Montrachet En Remilly was PYCM’s last vintage on this vineyard (negotiant). A very lovely 2011 that is drinking well today, some reduction on the nose. Fresh bouquet of white orchard fruits, orange blossom and sleek spices. Oily on the palate with a subtle creamy texture. Full bodied with good acidity. Drink now – 2031. (89/100)

Still feels young. Reflects the vintage nicely. Lean and racy. Good depth and concentration but lively and bright throughout. I might even give this another couple years.
Very nice!

I love this. Very pale yellow color. Nose has white stone fruit scent and some reductive matchstick hints. As it opens the nose is more expressive. The mouthful also sings. Pretty lemon curd/granny apple notes with salinity, limestone, with strong bracing acidic cut. At its peak now and the next three years? A great chassgane

The 2011 Pierre Yves Colin Morey Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru En Remilly displays a generous profile of leesy pear fruits and smoked minerals, textbook PYCM leesy and reduction. Great texture and depth. Smoked minerals on the palate. This is the most distinctive style of wine in the Chassagne Montrachet En Remilly horizontal tasting. (91/100)

En Remilly & Clos St Jacques night (110 Taillevent London): Guessed correctly PYMC 11 En Remilly. This was the most structured and interesting of all 7 En Remillys for me - just ahead Lucien Le Moine 15 and Buisson-Charles 2010. It was probably just my favorite of them all and it came #2/4 in this flight only because there was a Chevalier Montrachet which did just pip it. Strong showing and only the second wine I have had from this producer - on both occasions it delivered. I take note.

Delicious. Good style and depth here. Like a lot of 2011s this has great energy and verve but after a few hrs open it shows more nuttiness and broadens on midpalate. Good now but will show well for years. This is special site.

Splash decanted, beautiful deep color. Took about 20 minutes for a little sulfur to blow off and the wine to expand. Great chalk and mineral leading to lovely mature yellow fruits with nice lift. So easy to drink, wish I had a lot more!

Splash decanted. First sip was almost a little awkwardly tight - chalky long mineral finish that just hung there, then it fleshed out SO nicely within 20 minutes. Ripe fruit, a little bit of an oily mouthfeel, great fruit, great balance and a beautiful finish. Wow, just lovely...

Wonderfully broad hit of ripe fruit on the front palate and this is just so clean and confident! Almost salty finish. Long. Burgundy's high country shown off to devastating effect. Super juicy.

CEDRIC BOUCHARD, DANCER, PYCM, D’AUVENAY, FOREY, DUJAC, MEO-CAMUZET, HEYMANN-LOWENSTEIN. (Restaurant Calla’s * The Hague, The Netherlands.): This Chassagne 1e Cru En Remilly forms the link between the St-Aubin premier cru of the same name and Chevalier-Montrachet. Refined nose of pear, lemon and chalky soil tones. On the palate very pure and primary with laser-like focus, bright acids and stunning minerality on the very, long stony finish. A brilliant wine!
