  • Pretty basic. Sharp, bitter tannins, thin-ish palate, no nose to speak of. Has dark, tarry fruit, but not very distinctive fruit. Dry, which is at least a bonus, but perhaps a little bell peppery. Definitely the iferior end of someone's vineyards. £5 on offer and at that price I won't buy it again. I've had worse, but it's really not worth drinking. Gluwein time.
