Served with mahi fish tacos. Very clean though somewhat simple on the palate. The aroma did not include the tide pool/saline aromas I enjoy with Chablis and ocean fish pairings.
The aromas included Gardenia flowers, lemon zest, and quince. On the palate this has crisp but not overpowering acidity. Crisp lemon zest, green apple, and quince drive through the mid palate. The finish is clipped short holding back the overall score.

Still pale and youthful. Soft, rounded with a long palate. Nice fruit intensity and energy with some mineral. Hint of spice.

Citrus, cream, matchstick, blossom, peach, green apple, pear. Quite fresh, still showing ripe fruit.

Improved and better integration with bottle age since last tasted. Lean, pure, layered and long. Noticeably better than a good quality Chablis.
