Quite clear, pale yellow; lemon, minerality, herbal on nose; medium-plus body, medium acidity, a chalkiness in the texture; light minerality, a bit of cinnamon, some grasses. Generally fairly reticent overall. Would have liked a bit more acidity to go with the weight in the mouth.
Drink over the next couple years.

Excellent from the beginning. Nice crisp stone fruits with good acidity and well-rounded minerality. A perfect level of honey makes it richer and sweeter than pinot grigio, but in a good way! Easy to drink by itself or with food.

Upon opening flavor of green apple with a touch of caramel or burnt sugar. When it warms up a bit you get a taste of ripe pear; faint green notes (grassiness). Very good wine; good by itself without food.

Not as good as first bottle. Lacking the acidity and fruit.

Tropical fruit, acidity and some bitterness on finish.

Very enjoyable. Not quite ripe nectarine and slate flavors with pleasant burnt caramel. Nice balance and fullness in the body.
