Even better the second night. Everything blended. Still good red and dark fruit, balanced by tannins. The 90 score is for the second night. A delightful wine; just sorry that this seems to have been my last bottle.

Fine QPR. On the second night, the wine was still drinking well. The tannins tend to outshine the fruit, which is more suppressed than I remember it from prior bottles.

I did not intend to age as along as I did.. but was pleasantly surprised. Opened last night, recorked, and drank on day 2. Refined red fruit. I get a little pine / forest on the nose. Still drinking well.

Geshtin's review is spot on...this a lighter bodied Grenache with little to no oak influence in the flavors, ripe in profile and yet its freshness and lighter body also gives the feel of a cooler-climate wine. Really excellent and, though modern in its fruit-forwardness, different from the sea of dull modern Spanish wines that flood U.S. shelves.

I think that most people who like modern Spanish wine will not like this.. its almost Beaujolais like in character for a Grenache.. linear. It also improves to the next day. People looking for extraction or super ripeness will not like this.. I love it.. The aromatics are gorgeous and its so lithe on the palate.

A pleasant drink. Red berry aroma - raspberry, strawberry, red cherry. And a little clove & vanilla. Used Eisch breathable Pinot glass which really smoothed out the acidity level quickly. Taste is sweet red berries and a little eucalyptus. Smooth finish with concentrated fruit and nice acidity and some light tannins. Great QPR.

Blind Tasting Spanish Reds (Home): Lifted, bright red fruit, strawberry bubblegum nose. Thankfully this is not as sweet in the mouth. Red fruited with cherry and strawberry, a little cinnamon spice and some cherry skin tannin. A touch more intense than I would prefer but still a nice, pure expression of grenache. (my 3rd, group's 4th)

Great easy drinking wine. Good value for the money. Lots of plump red juicy fruit. Drinks more like a pinot than a grenache. Good acidity with a medium finish. Good weekday wine.

Cherry and raspberry fruit, some prominent oak. Medium+ acid, could be mistaken for Oregon pinot noir: juicy, tasty, tart, medium tannins and medium length.

Bibendum Public Portfolio Tasting 2014 (Sydney, Australia): Cherry and heavy reduction. Medium bodied, tannins are firm and bold. Decent length even with the heavy grip but it doesn't quite feel balanced.

Fun wine. Lighter in color for grenache, pretty floral notes, bright red fruit on the palate. Well balanced and great with food. Recommend.

Soft fruit. A little "different" but in a good way.

- Crimsom color - Needs decanting. Very young wine. Fruity with berry tones but fairly light and not very good structure or finish. I didn't like it.
