Colour is a brilliant pink with great clarity exhibited by the use of cabernet sauvignon in a rose format. Ripe and fresh red berry fruit flavours and crisp acidity make this a perfect match for summer lunchtime food. In our case ....no sun.... but what do you expect in the UK!! I am a fan of Santa Rita wines and this is a quality rose.
