Pale straw colour. Initially quite tight on the nose/palate, but a quick swirl in the decanter and 10mins in the glass and it really opened up. A clear tension/tautness to the wine, but less so than PYCM. There is saltiness, minerality and citrus notes. I found this really balanced, with good levels of acidity and sweetness on the finish. I understand this was the debut vintage of this wine from Lafon. Sealed with cork.

Charming and drinking well but lacking a bit of definition and complexity on finish. Perhaps just picked a day late. Good now.
