As good as first bottle in 2010. Bouquet and taste cherry, vanilla, cloves. Sweet, moderate finish, with smoky undertones. Moderately chewy texture. Moderately balanced complexity. Great with salty, spicy food - not good with sweets or desserts. Very tasty with spicy smoked sausage, smoked tri-tip with Dijon French mustard, several sharp cheddar cheeses, asiago cheese, and gruyere cheese.
