Red fruit, spices, white pepper, this wine has gained on accessibility, pure, without any green and herbal notes of other 2011 red Burgundies. Drinking very well, despite of still being not fully open yet. Delicious!

90 pts

Tasted after 2010 Keller Frauenberg GG. Darker in colour, a bit stalky, green, earthy, smoky with rather dark fruit notes on the nose. On the palate fresh and bright, slightly drying tannins, a bit of greenness, good grip, decent finish. Needs a bit more time, but very well made. 90-91+

Miam. 92+

An okay bottle but doesn’t excite with a touch of greenness. Ready to drink and not sure it will improve

A mix of red fruit and cassis, there are cherries and spices, good density and length, perfectly accessible.

Vintage character is predominant, but great purity and fruit otherwise.

Red fruit, spices, has densified with age, good length, very good wine especially for the year.

Red fruit: strawberries, cherries, raspberries, soil, quite dense, very good for a 2011 Burgundy. At the beginning of its drinking window.

Closed, but well-composed and old-school smelling, with soil and game on the nose along with cherries and cocoa powder. Fine and long. Wait.
