Fantastically complex aromas - marzipan, honey, yellow apple and mixed nuts. The palate has yellow apple, marzipan, melon, fig and honey. Initially the finish seemed short but it got longer as the wine warmed. Intriguing and tasty.

This wine is a poster child for descriptors being inadequate. But it was really good. Tart, almost licorice, something savory over the tart fruit. Finish lasts for awhile. Got more interesting as the night wore on.

Beautiful, delicate, pale straw/gold in the glass. Pnp - strawberry, melon, kiwi, and a high sweet note on the nose. The same on the palate, with the high sweetness presenting as a subtle fruit-loops flavor. Nicely balanced, light, with just enough acid to keep it fresh. Medium finish. Five hours later after sitting in the fridge much of the complexity has blown off, but still leaving this as a simple, delicious drink.

Yellow color with a bouquet and flavor of white peaches. Pleasantly tart and refreshing, if not too complicated. Made from the Verdelho grape, which is now grown in very few places, mainly in Australia, where it is said to produce fairly big, lemony wines, and in its home country of Portugal.

Nice lemon and acidity. This is enjoyable but does not replicate the zinging acidity of some prior vintages.

This wine is interesting, but, like most Scholium Project wines, not particularly enjoyable.

Nose of honey, taste of apples and bit of spice. Great flavorful wine.
