Beautiful salmon color. Fine, long lasting bubbles. Aromas of toasty pizza dough and berries. Bright acidity, yeasty and citrus on the palate. Tart apple on the finish. Great with lightly salted popcorn.

Received as a gift from a friend and shared with more friends as our second bottle at dinner, following Vilmart. This was a nice, light, dry, sparkling rose and it paired well with food. It's acidity complemented the saltiness of a bonito flake topped stack of greens with thinly sliced air cured ham.

Absolutely delicious w plenty of bright red fruits. Nice acidity, balanced w hint of sweetness. Don't usually prefer Chardonnay based bubbly, but this was a treat on Xmas day. Sorry it was the only bottle! Great value

bright and crisp with brioche, mineral, quince and citrus; perfectly balanced; just right to celebrate on the back patio with friends and summer salads.

Beautiful almost amber colour, nose of raspberry and strawberry with some brioche undertones, effervescence is wonderfully smooth in the mouth and a really enjoyable intense finish

Great salmon pink color. Fine streams of bubbles long lasting. Wonderful, well balanced flavor - clean from start to finish. This is another great sparkling rose from Schramsberg. Is it better than their Brut Rose? Not sure about that. This was a very good bottle.

Appearance: Salmon color with delicate mousse. Nose: Strawberries and Cream. Wimbledon in a glass. Light nose. Palate: Striking pomegranate and for JTH, cranberry. Vert tart on introduction with some medicinal germoline at start. More on palate than nose. Some yeast. Body feels light. JTH detects peach, melon and lime. Medium alcohol (13%). Comment: got an alcohol burn. It's not well integrated. This is very youthful at this time. Acidity is there But the fruit is so simple, I don't know where it's going to go in the future. Was about $58. Would like to see this in a few years from now.

Light and refreshing. There is a touch of sweetness on the finish reminiscent of fuji apples.

Light cooked salmon color. Quite fresh and light with resilient long-lived bubbles. Bright tart strawberry presented quite dry.

Cherry cobbler! Better to me than the Schramsberg Brut Rose or Mirabelle due to more yeast and darker fruit flavors.
