I didn't get all the label info, and for an NV wine, I know this is important context. What I did get was 8 years on lees so that might help. 100% Chard. Initially, this has a pie crust aroma and I am unsure if the producer uses any wood for elevage. Lime flavor, but more like a lime flesh note, with tangerine, green apple. Bright with good concentration and structure, a honeyed finish with mineral. I also retained a few ounces for the following morning and the wine had picked up a cool bitterness within the finish, something akin to a lemon pith. The intensity was also increased and the finish length was even better. This was a terrific Champagne.

Wonderfully enjoyable bottle, which had about 1.5 years of bottle age after delivery in spring 2015. Focused green apple and yeasty bread in the aromas, and the palate snaps into laser focus with cool pure fruit and minerality. Delightful bottle.

Clear light golden colour. Very lively with a great mousse. Fresh notes of citrus and melon. Light refreshing style of Champagne. Worked great on the terrace in sunshine, but lacks a bit of depth to merit a higher score.

12.5% alcohol. This is crisp, delicious, refined, and concentrated. Real class. Not on the creamy side. This is a Champagne with power, a sharp edge, and verve. Delicious. A-

Really zesty, electric aromas. Lots of sweet minerality present. The palate is very creamy and lush; amazing body, showing a texture of whip cream but flavors of sharp minerality. Mildly cutting and slightly metallic. Some pear and hugely acidic minerals on the finish. Nice flavors, and really prickly on the tongue afterwards.

Very dry throughout. A touch of oxidation in my bottle, despite it being bottled very recently. Still, I was impressed with the minerality and tart green apples that blended with a nice, clean floral thing. Very drinkable and works well with food due to the high acidity.

Actually much better than I thought, this had great acidity with a finish of sweet fruit. Very nice great with the chicken we ate it with.
