(13%) From the Campania region of Italy the DOCG rules specify this is 85% Fiano. This one starts with an interesting palate. Different, strong & present with floral persistence. A chalky, mineral backbone shows saline notes along with soft fruit which leads to a dry finish. Quite nice for the price ($8) given it has 10 years of age under its belt.
