La robe est très particulière: très claire, vaguement rose, presque grise. Le nez est extrêmement fruité, marqué par les agrumes. En bouche, c'est très séduisant, acidulé, rafraîchissant.

This is a delightful thirst quenching rose. Has more body, and probably a little more acid than typical. The color is light salmon, with possibly even an orange tint. There is lots of tangy, lemon, citrus aroma supporting some wild spring flowers and a little red fruit like cranberry, but mostly, this smells like a white wine. There is some serious crispness affecting the fruit's ability to exhibit itself. We served it at refrigerator temperature which accentuated the acidity. It shows much better as it warms in the glass. At the proper temperature, the fruit is still acidic, but also shows some earthy minerality and palate coating spiciness. Nice viscosity. Very crisp finish.
