We wanted to try it and see what all the buzz was about. Indeed it's a superb Chablis. I was most impressed by the clear-cut, sharp precision of the wine. Clearly very focused, sharp as a razor-blade, this is winemaking on a tightrope. Now I know where to buy my Chablis from.
